yep! agree, but still just had to watch and was annoyed missed the last 10 minutes, had to get little one from pre-school!! Arrgghh, did the family house sell??
look away if you dont want to know the answer to above question.....lol
The guy who was looking for a house for him and his girlfriend offered £116k and it was accepted (£1k over the asking price). An investor also showed interest but wanted to offer between £90-£95k.... amazing what a lick of paint and new carpets can do!

Nothing new, just a little reminder perhaps to those trying to sell to look at it through 'buyers eyes'. Also is showed what can happen if you a good agent.

utter drivel from glorified estate agent Spencer.
where did he find a mug to offer over asking in this climate? was it one of his researchers?
if he's so successful, how come Phil's company "Garrington Home Finders Ltd and cease trading in February 2009"? (Wikipedia)
maybe because he's better at making fictional TV tosh about houses than he is at making a profit from real houses in a falling market.0 -
Quite a few houses around here have had offers above the asking price recently....0

1) declutter,
2) freshen up areas with a lick of paint
3) tidy garden
blah blah blah not rocket science0 -
Will set the Sky+
He is a bit of a plank, but I still like watching him. As for Kirstie, well, I'm not sure I'd say no and I'm a straight female...
