Love that "go to work every day" one.
I am also at the dentist on Tuesday, boo!
Don't assume it starts at 0 - when my meter was changed when I moved into this house, It was at some random number and I made sure I double checked that was its starting point with the first bills.
Also love "win lottery"- Mortgage @ March 2008: £194,965 ; Lightbulb Moment: July 2011: £164,926; End Date: March 2033

Hi Hurdler - hope you're not having something awful done.. mine's just a little filling this time thankfully
Thanks for the heads up on the meter, I'll make sure I check it before he changes it and after. Check up and hygienist but I have a pathological fear of dentists and super sensitive gums so everything hurts- Mortgage @ March 2008: £194,965 ; Lightbulb Moment: July 2011: £164,926; End Date: March 2033

Nothing spent other than on groceries this weekend. We've decided on a budget of £50 a week for groceries plus £60-70 for the butchers every 2 months for a round total of £3000 for the year.
This weekend we've spent £50.05It involved 6 different shops but we were walking round town anyway so it didn't matter that we were popping in and out of different ones - M&S, £stretcher, coop, waitrose, B&M and Iceland.
Did a bit of batch cooking as well tonight, so the freezer is filling back up- 4 portions of stew
- 4 portions of pulled pork
- 3 lunches (couscous & chicken)
- 2 lunches (rice, veg and chicken)
- prepared a big salad so that we have it on hand and an experiment to see how long it will keep fresh
Hope everyone has a good week, it's my busy week so I'm expecting mucho overtime..

Hi...
Finally got a payout on GTM:j £30 Amaz0n voucher on the way. I'm going to cancel my account after I receive them as it just takes too long to get anywhere and they screen out more surveys than they let you take
Still not quite there on VO - just 25p off my payout and they keep screening me out!
Way off on all the othersmust try harder!
Not much else to report this week..
I bought a dress from Debenh*ms last week which I'll be returning and ordering online for 25% less, using a 10% voucher code too. This means a saving of £13 (and i'll be getting some birthday shoes from OH too - saving another £10)
:j:j I love a bargain..
hope everyone's having a good week xMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0
