Moneyclaim Online (MCOL) question

Ring the bank ask them or just put an approximate date in. ' on or around 1999 ' will suffice.
Please please do a draft in word first before you enter to the mcol site - make sure you get it right.
And dont forget to send your list of charges and interest calculations to northampton after you click submit.LegalBeagles0 -

Thanks Esmerellda, I'll speak to H and get a rough estimate of the date his account opened. Also we have a spreadsheet of our charges - is Northampton to do with MCOL or the bank?:heart2: Cookiepops :heart2:0 -

Hi all, I'm new here and I'd really appreciate some advice.
I'm at the stage in my claim whereby I've got to take HSBC to court and I'm having trouble with the template for the money claim website. When you have to explain the particulars of the claim the template doesn't seem to fit even when you type it in yourself (as Martin suggests). I've tried taking off the pence and moving things about but none of it seems to work.
Has anyone got any ideas?
Thanks very much indeed.

Yes, use the N1 form, fill it in manually, attach your scheudle of charges, and negate the future problems with lck of particulars associated with claiming via MCOL.
Alternatively....paste your POC up here and we'll see what you can do withoutLegalBeagles0 -

Yep write a letter saying please find enclosed further information to be processed with claim number xxxxx and served on the defendant etc etc.....and enclose three copies of you lsist of charges.
send to the northampton bulk processing centre and it will be added to your claim file.LegalBeagles0 -

Once you have requested judgement by default (a week ago), what happens next if they dont pay?
Checked my bank account yesterday and still no payment. I assume its the bailiffs next but dont know how to proceed, anyone been in the same situation?“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0 -
You have to apply for a warrant of execution which i believe costs £55. You can do this on MCOL.
but answer these q's first....
Have you contacted the bank at all since requesting judgement ?
Have you had confirmation from the court your default judgement has been granted ?LegalBeagles0
