Moneyclaim Online (MCOL) question

Of course you can, if you want to accept their offer then do so and once you have the money, ring up the MCOL people and tell them payment has been received and they will stop the claim. You lose out on interest and court fee though but it's completely your decision and not difficult to do.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

I'm just starting my claim against Lloyds via MCOL and reached the section where it asks for defendants address. Which address do I add for the claim to go to?
Any clarity on this would be much appreciated

Edinburghlass,
I am on the particulars of claim section on MCOL, it asks me to enter total amount of claim inc interest.I have of course submitted x2 letters to Lloyds asking for charges back inc interest, however the amount of interest has increased.
So do I re-calculate the interest thats differnt to my letters to this present day?
Hope that makes sense

Hi
Can any one answer this for me please. I have a £5000 claim against the Royal Bank of Scotland. It was issued on the 26th Feb and the letter I got says the fourteen day notice starts on the 3rd March. It also says "The defendant has until the 17th March to reply"
It is now Sunday the 18th March and I have been going on the moneyclaim online site since midnight but it is not letting me start judgment. I have had no response from the bank and I can't see anything online indicating a response so how come it is not letting me start judgment? Is it anythign to do with it being a Sunday?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Beate, I think you should calculate interest right up until this minute and add a note that any more delay will make it go up even more. They owe it you and thats exactly what they would do to you. The banks would be totally merciless if it were the other way round.0
