Moneyclaim Online (MCOL) question

Can someone help me please: Which address do you use for Capital One in a moneyclaim:
Capital One Services Inc, Trent House, Station Street, Nottingham NG2 3HX
or
the Registered Office address for Capital One Bank (Europe) plc at 350 Euston Road, London NW1 3JJ ?

Registered address when it comes to MoneyClaim.

or is it a credit card? which may be different from the bank, I don't know

It is a credit card and all the correspondence usually comes from a PO Box in Nottingham which MCOL does not accept. But somewhere in a help thread there is talk about the other Nottingham address too and I am just unsure what to do.

Just checked, Nottingham is the registered address so thats the one.

Thanks! Wonder why all correspondence mentions a registered address in London... Normally I don't drink but I think I need a whiskey today after all this excitement with MCOL and Co.....

What are the different stages of the MCOL process?

I lodged my claim last week and it's still sitting on START?

Then I think it goes to ACKNOWLEDGED, then what?

I'm so nervous

It will either change to acknowledged or defended or both. If its acknowledged you have to wait a further 14 days. If its defended a court date will be given eventually.
