Hi, Capital One have paid part of the amount I am asking for and I want to claim for the rest through mcol. Where it asks for the claim amount do I ask for the original amount or the original amount minus the goodwill gesture. Also do I include the interest in this part or will this be added afterwards?

Help!!! I am trying to fill in the Particulars of claim. Its asking for the amount of interest. Capital One have already paid some of the money I have asked for. How do I work out the new interest amount or do I ask for the original amount then the amount they have already paid me will be taken off WHEN I in the case.

Hope someone can help, I'm desperate to get this sorted xx

    Hi Edinburghlass & Beate.

Ive received my Notice Of Acknowledgement Of Service today, but its got another form attached to it saying Response Pack (1 page).

Do I have to do anything with this?

Also,Capital One keep ringing me.I dont answer the phone but I know its them as I do ring back & its their numbers.

Do I answer it & see what theve got to say or just leave it as I dont want to say something wrong?

Capital One kept phoning me every five minutes, nearly every day to make a payment before all this started with the claiming the money back. They had then stopped phoning me when they sent me an offer, waiting for me to get back to them, but now Ive threatened them with court action they have started phoning me again.

    What should I do?

Many Thanks In Advance For Your Replies.
