From your link, Rule 186 "When taking an exit to the right or going full circle, unless signs or markings indicate otherwise - signal right and approach in the right-hand lane" This therefore puts you in the LEFT lane!
I would obey the arrows on the road, they are indicating which lane you should be in. If someone "tried to ram me off the road" then they are in the wrong and should " get dragged out of the car and be stamped on" for not obeying the highway code!0 -
I would think you were in the wrong lane (assuming "outside" means left most lane). If it were the rush hour I would assume you do this on purpose to overtake other cars. I would go in the right lane and swing as wide around the roundabout as possible to give you difficulty, but I would not actually cause a collision.
So you would ignore the road markings and try to impose your own rules on the situation?
You would be imbedded in my off side rear quarter and facing a blame claim then.0 -

I like the idea of it, but unfortunately the pains in my back and neck may prevent this lol.0 -

Was quoting what scheming gypsey said he would do to anyone obeying the highway code on this particular roundabout! Considering the complete lack of understanding of the general public on how to use roundabouts his cars cant last more than a day and stamping on people he has pulled from cars must be a daily occurance!0 -
As for the OPs question... I have no idea on the rule here, but personally would not indicate right when in the left hand lane going round a roundabout. I would only indicate left after the second exit. However I think it would be acceptable to indicate right, I dont think it would cause confusion.0

Chuffing hell...
You are going past what would be considered straight ahead. You need to be in the right hand lane indicating right and then moving over to the left lane as you approach the exit prior to the one you want.
Has nobody in this thread ever passed a driving test?0 -

No , not really, because whoever has designed the road markings in this case has completely ignored the highway code. The problem with this, is drivers who are not used to this particular road, and follow guidance used in the highway code.
All roads, road markings and traffic flow should be designed around the workings of the highway code.0 -

what are you on about you clown? when did i say anything about dragging people from cars? i said i'd expect to be dragged from the car.
and i don't lend my cars to the general public to drive round roundabouts. and if i'm driving them i'm not in the left hand lane to turn right; which puts my cars in a safe place to last more than a day.0
