ChaCha payment came through, so that's £65.88 towards my CC

Sold another book today, so off to post that tomorrow.
Put my expenses in so I should get my money by Wednesday, so that'll be £266 back and not too soon! I'm going to try and put half of that to my CC as I still want to pay another £414.22 by next pay day.
Doable? I'm not so sure.....DEBT FREE SINCE 25.07.14!

You just sound like me lol! I've given myself a target of 25% (about £357)of what's left of my cc to pay by next payday! But then that wouldn't take me under 1k so I might be aiming for that instead!!
Good luck GreenSaints! You can do it!LBM: August 2006 £12,568.49 - DFD 22nd March 2012

I recently went below the £1000 mark and it's pretty amazing! Don't push yourself too much so you are struggling like I was last month!

I've sold everything that I could sell and I don't even have naff Christmas presents to get rid of!!
I understand what you mean about not pushing myself too much and that's why I used the money from my second job this month, but as it comes in sporadically, I only pay off bits here and then. It does mount up of course, but I think I will budget carefully on payday and pay off a sizeable amount, say the £200 I used to, and then add bits throughout the month.
At least, I have my spreadsheet set up so I know exactly what bills I have to pay. I'll be stashing away the money for the council tax and the water rate though, as at the end of March- beg of April, I will have my service charge to pay (I live in a block of flats) and that will be a few hundred again :eek:LBM: August 2006 £12,568.49 - DFD 22nd March 2012

I've run out of 'stock' too! It's all just down to hard graft and making my salary stretch.
After saying that, one of my Amazon payments came through! So another £12.27 to my CC.
Another positive thing - I booked a hotel for work but cancelled it straight after as I found one cheaper. The charge and refund both happened today, which is great as they said the refund could take 14 days!

Do you do any surveys GreenSaints? I understand some posters on here do and make a bit a cash that way, or Amazon vouchers. I seem to not fit the criteria that they need. I'm probably too old, too single and don't have enough children!!!! lol! I also don't spend enough anymore!
Everytime I look at your signature I think you are doing so well!!!LBM: August 2006 £12,568.49 - DFD 22nd March 2012

I do do (teehee) surveys, but as I'm not married or have children I often screen out. I have had a free payouts but I find them sooooooo boring!
Have you used Swagbucks? Basically you search with them and get points. And what do points make? It's american biased, but you can still get PayPal payments for points trade in.
Thank you very muchI've been lucky that half of my total was some savings I forgot about! The rest has been selling everything not nailed down. I can't wait till I can actually think, yes I can have that rather than feel guilty or buy it and then regret it

Ah you've reminded me I need to set up a new Paypal account as I closed mine but it was linked to my current account and I wasn't very happy with that (paranoia!) so i need to set up a new bank account to link a new Paypal account to. And then I've just remembered I have a box in the cupboard with a few things I did want to get rid of!!LBM: August 2006 £12,568.49 - DFD 22nd March 2012

Can't believe I haven't been following you sooner GreenSaints. I try to follow anyone with similar debt to me for inspiration. I have only read some bits, I will have a proper read through but already I am impressed.
Well done:T
