once you have waited the initial 14 days, will it automatically pay into the bank account specified in the account settings, or do you have to manually tell it to transfer on the 14th day?
also will this clear instantly into the bank account, or will it take a further 5 working days to clear , like a cheque or paypal?
thanks
It should show on your payments account summary what date the transfer will be initiated and it is automatic on that day. Will take at least 5 working days to arrive in your bank account maybe longer.0 -

Bad news I'm afraid, the only way to add an SKU is by delisting and relisting, either manually or via the uploader.
Sorry,
FFM
I would like to use an uploader as I still have a load of books to list. I am a pro merchant, can you tell me how to get to it?There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.0 -

This is how I ended up doing it yesterday as well when I switched some books around.
I know it is daft but I only just worked out was the SKU was a few weeks agoIt is so much better for my recently listed books as the book location shows on the SDN email, wonderful!
Today is my 2 week anniversary of going pro and I've sold 18 books so I am well pleased. At the moment I seem to be selling all my recent books, I've not sold anything I've had listed for over a month now for ages..strange how these patterns emerge.

Ive never used the uploader but suspect if all you are doing is listing additional items its just as easy to list individually as you would still only do the same amount of typing and also if you do list separately it at least gives you the chance to check who and what you are listing against and compare prices and also make sure you list for higher prices if the sole competition are the American sellers.

I've just had an SDN email - the book sold for £2.99
I'm sure I input £29.99 which is in line with the others for sale, but I guess my finger slipped as it's unlikely amazon are at fault.
Do I have to sell at this price, or can I apologise to buyer, refund & relist?
Presumably they may give me negative feedback
Now I'm off to the top of the thread to find amazon seller's phone number...

Sold 30 books so reached my target for January! Thanks to all for the help on here - another couple of sales now to cover the pro fees ( the full one - grrr.....) and I will be well pleased, not that it is just the money - have been able to list some that weren't on the UK database so even better!0 -
I've just found another glitch on Amazon..so be warned.
I sold 2 books on greenmet in an hour (I nearly fell over with shock), my records indicated that I'd also listed them on Amazon so I searched my open listings and they were not there. I searched by title, by author and by isbn and books didn't show up and I assumed I had not listed them after all, but just to double check I looked at other sellers with the same book and my listing was there.
In the end I had to search all 790 listings to find the two books so I could close the listings.

Argh what a nightmare!
I also list some of the same books on ebay and amazon, so if one sells i have to end or cancel the listing on the other site asap. Fortunately for me I only have about 10 books on Amazon at the moment and about 25 on ebay.0 -
Any ideas please.
I have a orange cover penguin book of day of the triffids with no date anywhere other than "published in penguin books in 1954" It has an illustration on the front and in the amazon listings I see "1963 reprint" and such like - but have no idea how they know that.. I have checked the british library site but there are no pics to help. It does have a sticker for 2/6 on the front whcih leads me to presume it is not first ed/first printing - very expensive for 1954! But must be early 60's I should have thought.
I have tried the sites listed on the list but am coming up against a brick wall with this one.
Any ideas please?0 -

Regrettably, I think even the Wyndham Firsts of the Penguin series dont sell for much. Here is one similar to yours:
