I think that it was Kat that mentioned using the phone but I thought that it was just to 'write' down the ISBNs without looking too shifty? if she meant checking them ISBNs with Amazon it went straight over my technophobe head....:o0

Just checked on thread 7 and the search worked for once. I didn't make it up it was Katchambers and it was checking the www using a mobile, there was no response to Kat's post from anyone so maybe it got missed by people if it was a busy time on the thread? This is the link

Yes, to all 3 - obviously it depends on where you are as to how good they are.

I just looked at my stock, I have MB in my SKU to identify M&B's, I have 120 left, so selling 2 is hardly 'major' :rotfl: , and I can't remember the last time I sold one. Thing is though, they're just sat there in 2 fruit boxes, costing me nothing, but each time one does sell I make about £2. I got them in a job lot so effectively they didn't really cost me anything. I would never intentionally buy a M&B, Lovely Bones or Man and Boy, but if they come in a job lot - so be it.

I've always admitted to Ebaying my 'junk'. So, yes I think it does go around.

Im in Exeter in the week and West Midlands at the weekends.....the bootsales dont seem to have to have kicked off in the midlands as yet. Went to a couple in Taunton and they had about 6 stalls...! Do places still have jumble sales? They used to be everywhere when I was a lad.Dec - 21 Books
