That was really lovely of you, the first few fast food jobs are really hard I think. My first one was take away chicken, and I got to the door then realised I didn't have a receipt!
I got half way home in the car and just went "oh, ****" worst thing was that I had asked for one and they hadn't given it to me. I paid by card too. Being the newbie that I was I went back and did it again lol.0 -

They are actually real lol. I got mine about 18 months after I started, never used it lol.0 -
Anyone done a bowling job for RE since April? When I did one in April I was reimbursed for more than just me doing the bowling (took the children along) and looking at my payment schedule I got the full reimbursement of £Y. There's one at the moment that still has that reimbursement but you only get reimbursed for one player and the food. There's no way it would add up to that amount of reimbursement so was wondering if anyone has had more than one player paid for.
I can't imagine you would ever go bowling on your own (would look very obvious:rotfl:) so really you do need to take more people. So has anyone done bowling since April with more than one person and got reimbursed for any of them?
I got the full amount when I took my DS with me last month. Still didn't cover it all but made it worthwhile for me. HTH:)0 -

Lol, I think my first one (or maybe second) I realised when I came out that I had forgotten the receipt, so went in again!!! At the time I thought the staff must have thought I was just mega greedy, or a bit weird, but now I know that they probably just knew straight away the real reason why!!!
I remember when my OH asked how come I'd been so long, as he was waiting for me in the shopping centre and I told him I'd be just over 15 mins, and of course I was twice that, I said I'd bumped into an old school friend outside as I left and we'd got chatting!!
I remember being really worried that he might phone to find out where I was when I was in the queue for a second time, which would have messed up the stopwatch on my phone!!Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -
Seriously! NO MEANS NO. I wish there was an extra comments box on Helion where I could complain about that, after I've said no twice I MEAN no. Both because the assignment says so and because I don't want you endlessly emailing me special offers! Go away!
Comment boxes on all Helion reports is being discussed internally at the moment so watch the space ;-) Thanks for sending it to me on email.0 -

Thanks
I was of course significantly more diplomatic and constructive than my rant on here
While we're talking first chicken jobs... I forgot my receipt and messed up the timings, I went straight back in under the guise of having forgotten my straw (which I had, or rather they hadn't given me one!) and asked for my receipt at the same time, worked out ok as I'd only just got outside the shop when I remembered. I did my best guesstimate of the timings including... in all seriousness... me acting out the transaction at home with a timer to see how long the order took! I didn't do the voices.
I also got so flustered because it was one of the upsell ones and they offered me a large meal plus extra chicken and I accepted large then panicked at the second offer, didn't know if I needed to accept both, said SHUCKS SHUCKS SHUCKS all the way home to myself and got very sweaty.
*NB - You don't need to accept both upsells, I checked with Gap0 -
Did a visit to a shop middle of September. Store had relocated. Closed the shop down on the RE website. Allocator said I would be paid the fee. Numerous emails back and forth, nothing has still been done. Who am I supposed to contact regarding this? Do they have an accounts department? Not going to bother emailing the allocator as I would probably get more of a response out of a brick wall! Help please x x x0
