please don't say "easy money", yeh they are simple jobs but we are trying to help ms companies and other companies, not just care about getting paid. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Ok re-phrase, it was a straight forward task, everything went well. The money is important to me but that doesn't mean I'd not do my job properly. I have stood in queues for ages in some banks and it was a pleasant not to have to here, I guess this is where mystery shopping comes in, it shows areas for development/improvement.0 -
sometimes wonder why we bother! did a shop about two months ago, terrible service on till area, no smiles etc. Went back in today (non ms) and had the same people serving me, they looked at each other muttered something, then looked at me! pretty sure they remembered me, then proceeded to give me the same rubbish service as last time! Makes you wonder :doh:0

Bab, not all of them are the same. I have done a phones shop for GFK x 3, each time the service was pants, didn't even let me sit down. Gave bad reports each time and made no difference.
On the flip side, did a gadget store for REACT. Service 1st time was bad, very bad. Gave a bad report explaining this in detail. Went again 4 months later, same member of staff, excellent service. Obviously the bad report was taken into account and training had been given.0 -
I had this discussion with an allocator and she says it depends on how the client company use the MS info. So some of them see it as a tick-box thing and never act on the info, others totally change their systems and training. Also depends if they use the info to reward the staff or punish them, I think.0

DH used to work for a high street retailer, if they got a good MS they got a bonus so it was in their interest to improve areas of their service which weren't quiet meeting expectations.0

Hello and welcome!.
Gapbuster can be a bit tricky for newbies so have a practice first with the timings.
It's worth signing up to Retail Eyes and ESA as well as they have quite a few jobs and ESA have just put their pay up!! They aren't too difficult either.
Let us know how you get on0 -
Welcome and good luck!0
