Added my total for todays spending. Wouldn't have been as much as that but had to get a top up voucher and a few bits, but hopefully I may not need to buy anything tomorrow. Will have a look what I'm cooking for tea tomorrow and will take my lunch into work. Haven't decluttered that drawer either but have wrapped some stuff for ebay which will be posted tomorrow so in a way I suppose that's a bit of decluttering :whistle:Oh and just in the process of finishing off the rest of the Sailor Jerrys rum,(really tasty like vanilla spiced) so again a bit going there lol
Haven't menu planned either...crikey where has the time gone????
Going to bed very soon as I want to start getting to bed a bit earlier than I usually do.

Not feeling that great today, have a dry tickly annoying cough and feel very tearful. Have been listening to some music chilling out after my bath but I think Mike Oldfields Tubular Bells is a little too melancholy.
Posted some parcels today hence the amount spent otherwise aside from a lottery ticket for tomorrow and a packet of hoola hoops I didn't spend anything else.
Going to go to bed soon and hopefully feel better tomorrow.

I'm not myself at the moment, I know that. Feel very 'forlorn' now there's a word, but that sums me up at the moment, and that's before I add todays spending total!
I have in my grip a long brandy and lemonade so hoping that may do the trick and blot out this weeks fiasco spending!
I just can't get to grips with it all and my goal at the moment is very doable but it won't be for very long if I don't grab it by the you know whats and kick it to kingdom come...The only thing I pay out of my wage is the grocery shopping, a savings account and some of my favourite charities direct debit, and I could be saving sooooo much more if I could cut down my grocery bill. OH pays the mortgage, bills, petrol, car insurance, DSs lunch and school trips etc I think I should count myself lucky, instead I just waste my money at Asda, Tesco and the ruddy Co-Op!!!!
What is life all about eh? Why can't I control my food shopping. Do you know what the funny thing is I HATE food shopping and supermarkets :rotfl:(manic laugh)
Right have decided, just now, I am going to plan our meals for next week and do an online shop and if I need anything during the week I'm just going to take cash to work, no credit card, and buy just what I need on the way home.
Can I do that though...??????? Crikey get a grip, of course I can. It's not rocket science!!!!!
Just goint to check the vegi soup I've got bubbling away and I'd better update my spending...ouch this is going to hurt

Update time again.
Been off all week with a horrible tummy virus. Didn't see that one coming!
Today I have a rotten cold too which started with a sore throat. Not happy at all.
Did manage to do one no spend day but because the kids usually want the odd pound for the shop or parcels need posting I just can't seem to manage it. Need to do another 3 too for my target.
I had been missing the fresh air being cooped up and last night for some strange reason I put a log on the brazier and sat outside, but after a few minutes wanted to come back in!


Why didn't I get outside during the day? I just really didn't want to. I've been so topsy turvy and I hate being off work. But I wouldn't have wanted to pass this on to anyone!
So today sees me better than I was but now sniffly and achey.
Needless to say haven't managed much of my targets though did get to declutter another drawer and gave some of my things away from my paint drawer. Will have a look at setting some achievable targets this weekend.

Well had to dig deep to find my diary in my threads!
Have been keeping up with peoples posts but need to update here to give me some focus.
Not doing too good on the overdraft but the positive side to that is I've only got 4 more loan payments to go before it's paid off. Hoping to get the overdraft down by then so that Octobers wage will be mine all mine...well in theory, let's see how I go

I look at my online banking, panic, then remember that £270 has been going out every month since last October. Will really appreciate having a full wage again and I will not be getting into 'mischief' again (she says)
Now if I remember rightly isn't there a Mexican holiday on the horizon? Hmmm now ask me that question again about swapping places Oooh I bet you can't wait and if this years anything to go by you'll soon be packing your suncream.
