Had a lovely weekend. Went on some walks just OH myself and the dog, no one else wanted to come. Ah well. Went on the quiz night, a good laugh and we came 4th not bad really. Yesterday just myself the dog and OH went to a lovely village, Heysham to visit St. Peters church where there are, what they think to be, viking graves. Had a really relaxing time. Here's a pic of the church...


The week is supposed to stay like this until the weekend when it'll rain again, apparently...oh well, we'll have to enjoy it while we can. Off to make tea now and maybe catch you laters.

Hey Diz, glad you had a good weekend. Can't believe its only a few more weeks until the next Bank Holiday. I done absolutely loads in the garden and I'm really pleased with how it looks. Still got loads more to do but I've made a good start.

The church looks really picturesque, not had a good day out in ages. Got a meal to look forward to on Friday night with the girls but that's about it.

I've currently got 15 items for sale on e-bay, posted 4 off this morning and got another one to post tomorrow. It's not made me megga money but it's clearing some clutter and making a few bob. I've joined the 'May Make £10 per day challenge' and so far I'm on target but don't know how long I can keep it up for.

Off to check on some threads, then do tea, catch you later. x

The buyer for my item emailed me if the item would reach her by Thursday. Well I always post second class but sent it first class for her. I'll never be rich will I?
Listed 14 items so hoping for a bit of money there. Probably just make enough to pay ebay and paypal fees if I'm lucky

Been picking DD up from a night out and had a browse on here. Got two watchers on ebay...wow (said in sarcastic tone) Ah well. Had a browse on here, better get to bed now though not sure if it's actually worth it. Up in 3 hours! DD asleep on the couch so will have to wake her up. Oh to be young again...
Still wondering whether to get Moody Blues tickets. Only ones available are right at the back now, should have got them when I first got the email.

Hello y'all...
Oh GR did I suffer the next day after that! Could hardly keep my eyes open!
I'be been soooo bad with money. Asda has been pulling me in on it's tractor beam! I can't believe how I'm doing it so easily. I've even gone with lists and still added more in my trolley. Should just take the cash. At this rate it'll be July before my overdraft is gone and my wage is mine. I'm in sabotage mood again. DS had a fall yesterday whilst he was out. Took him to the walk in centre today because it had gone really yucky. He's ok but it needed cleaning again, and dressing, had gravel in it, and he needs a follow up appointment. Boys eh?!
And nothing whatsoever is selling on ebay. End tomorrow but I don't hold any hope at all. Think everyone is feeling the credit crunch.
I'm absolutely shattered today. Ooh some good news though, OH bought the tickets for the Moody Blues concert. Just fluttered my eyelashes, the usual stuff. Don't think he'll enjoy it as much as me, he's more into Prog Rock. Anyway it saved me some money.:D
Not got anything planned for tomorrow yet. May just laze around.

Hi Diz, now what are we going to do about you and Asda? It's a pity we couldn't get you a remote control car and then I could guide you past there every time your near!!!!!

Glad you decided to get the Moody Blues tickets, or rather hubby did, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I've got stuff ending on e-bay today as well and nothing is shifting. Will relist them though as I'm determined to get shot of all this clutter.

Hope DS is feeling better today. There's nothing worse than a cut with all gravel in it. I've still got a blue lump in my knee from a piece of gravel when I fell about 25 years ago, Yuck!!!!

Enjoy your laze around. I'm going to sit in the garden and soak up some sun.
