    Are you with AOL or BT for Broadband Internet?

    Whilst you are replying, can you go through the second list and tell me what there you don't use and that you didn't deliberately install?

    There are a few things that I would remove, but I want to be sure that you did not deliberately install them.

    Well memory and pagefile usage is pretty normal from that. The commit charge takes into account physical memory + pagefile.

    If you get the warning again of low memory left, then check these again.

    There might be some other cause to it, but see how you go after uninstalling the carpware already mentioned.

    p.s. what 'performance check' did you use? Just saying "I used Windows" doesn't answer the question at all.

    Under Performance information and tools i went to advanced tools and clicked on Generate a system health report which gave me info on health and performance.
