Hello i need some help please. When i am on the net my pc is very slow so did a performance check and got this message:
Excessive paging low physical memory
utilization 97% 96mb available.

How do i sort this problem out please?

Download, install, update and run a Quick Scan with Malwarebytes' AntiMalware. When complete, choose 'Remove Selected' if there is anything to remove and Reboot your computer.

After restart, open the program again and go to 'Logs'. Double click on the log produced for today and post the contents here.


Next;

Download, install and open CCleaner. Run Cleaner.
Then using the same program; Go to Tools > Start up and click on the save to text file button in the bottom right hand corner. Save the text file to your Desktop. Go to Tools > Uninstall and repeat the exercise.
Post both of these in your reply.

Look in Task Manager and see where all the memory is going. Make sure you view processes from all users.

Post a HijackThis log, and running MBAM as mentioned won't hurt

I managed to d/l it ok but as it starts its scan i get a box up saying: For some reason your system denied write access to Hosts file. If any hijacked domains are in this file, Hijackthis may NOT be able to fix this

You don't get this if you follow the picture guide as suggested, or read the troubleshooting section.

In any case, the information is still usable even without running it as admin. Just run a scan and post the result already
