Assuming that the OP has a paid version of Norton then remove the rest, if not carry on and remove that too.4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . Aint no sunshine ☀️ Octopus gas fixed dec 24 @ 5.74 tracker again+ Octopus Intelligent Flux leccy0 -
thank you for all your help guys0

Shouldn't be running two antiviruses together - as mentioned I'd get rid of Avast if you've actually paid for Norton. Even if you leave everything else, I'd definitely uninstall Advance System Care.0

No, that's a quirk of using HijackThis on a 64-bit systemMove along, nothing to see.0 -
Use the Norton removal tool in that case: ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe
Definitely don't touch the missing items for the O23s - this is because HijackThis doesn't read the services from a 64bit system properly. If you've checked and fixed any of them, then you'll have to access the backups.
You can safely check and fix the R3s, O2s, O3s though.0
