What are you studying GOODINTENTIONS? I'm do welfare, crime & society with the ou.

Mr T has been and is unpacked. DW unloaded, WM loaded and unloaded on to airer and I'm doing the front room now :(
  • Wendywitch - it is a foundation degree in the Learning & Development of Babies & Young Children. It is with the Glyndwr Uni in Wales, but it is entirely online. So, like OU, I work at my own pace (which has a danger of working at no pace :()
And because it is online, I get easily distracted! I picked up the laptop to start my Learning Journal (online) and here I am!! Someone throw something at me!!! :rotfl:

Spuds in oven, veg prepared, washing in TD/on the line. Oven has just bleeped, so I am off to investiagte :)

    Hehehehe :)

    Sorry- saddo alert!

I'm in my element because I've just been clearing the worktop in the utility area. It was a big mound of junk. I've now cleared it off and flung two bin bags worth of carp. Just havng a little break as DD was "starving" and will go back and put everything that is left in a tidy(er) fashion.

I had planned on cleaning the bathroom today, but wanted something off the pile and the mood took me. Judging on what I've found at the bottom I'm guessing it's about 2 years since I last cleared it so I have to do it now whilst I'm in the zone!

  • Right, I have filled the DW, put WM and TD on, fed the cats and had a coffee before applying copious amounts of makeup.

Just loading up my gear and I'm off for rehearsal. Soundcheck at 6 and my set is at the end of the night.

    This is seriously tingly.

I totally understand that one! Have no motivation, too many other things on my mind :(

Just got back from town, had to take some jeans back to new look and treated DD2 and her friend to subway :) Brought some new bath scrunchies / scrubbies / whatever they're called and wrapping paper for the boyfriendish's birthday presents.
    Checked the bank _pale_

Have to wait for DD1 to come home so we can put some Christmas presents into the attic. DD2 and her friend have gone for a bike ride, so I'm wondering about decluttering a nap after having next to no sleep.

    hiya

had to use the TD today - so grumpy about that. Shall finish the ironing shortly.

Been to Mr. Ms and the nice lady was yelow-stickering 'takeaway' curries to 19p. Picked up 2 Indian ones (not vindaloo, which there was lots of), then picked up the 3 chinese curries, askied nicely if they were going to go to 19p and if so could I have 2 please - so she put them in my hand, by passing the crowd that had gathered;) she offered me all 3 but I'm not greedy :rotfl: they are freezable so in the freezer now. DS has announced he wont eat them (he will but they will have been decanted into a casserole first. He eats FAR more leftovers than he thinks;)). Much cheaper than the Tesco Finest curry I treated myself to last night because it was a Saturday night with me at home and the Vallikids both out

    NOW I feel old!
