I recieved my refund - I raised an issue with paypal - and got it sorted out straight away, really dont have to do this though - as very time consuming...0

I wrote a very angry letter to Zoe and via Paypal dispute as well & got the refund today too ... power to the people! lol
Its only whats ours anyway and not our fault we had out orders cancelled when we were looking forward to the items & should not have to chase up like this for our refunds!
