    I've been Money Tipped!
My order arrived and i'm really happy with it, excellent quailty as usual.:j

I am however surprised  the way by the way Greenbaby have dealt with customers who orders have been cancalled.

I would have expected them to apologise, refund you straight away and offer a discount on your next order.

While i'm sure the sale items been included in the offer was glitch as it will have left them out of pocket they could have benefited in future from new customers.
For thousands of people this Christmas, their must-have gift is far more vital than the latest gadget or toy – it’s blood. Please don’t let the festivities and cold weather prevent you from giving them the ultimate gift… give blood.

I've just escalated the paypal dispute, so I'll see how long it takes them to refund me......an apology for lousy CS would be nice too but I'm not holding my breath for it!

Have just done the same, not heard a thing from them, this should have been sorted when they cancelled each order, i just don't understand what their problem is

Thanks, you've just reminded me to do the same.

I too have put a paypal dispute in as the company has not even bothered to respond to my e-mail - will never shop here again and will spread the word how rubbish they are.

Rang 'em again as still no response from manager/email/phone call/paypal dispute....

"Oh didn't they call you back?" "We did speak to them twice"

    Er NO......

Refund ??? "Oh it goes to head office & they um er er paypal er". I do wonder if they have any idea how to do anything except muck up orders.... *sigh*:(

Staff also very dismissive when I advised that my credit card bill is here with their non-existant order on it. I have never encountered such a lack of interest from a CS dept.

Well finally got a callback from "zoe". (she of the cancellation email).

Oh & she doesn't deal with stock control, just orders...eh???

Surely the 2 go hand in hand - although this does explain why they took so many orders & could not fulfill them.

She really has no understanding of paypal or customer service.

    1. She could only find one order. (I did 2)
    2. She claims my paypal a/c is frozen as I raised a dispute so until paypal investigate then no refund can be made.
3 Paypal status since this morning (& now) - "awaiting other party response". ie HERS/greenbaby
    4. No to financial compensation even though I have to pay a CC bill for items I do not have. I don't like having a credit on the card. It's inconvenient & I may not use it for some time. (stop sniggering :p)
    5. Didn't have an answer as to why money taken 2/10 yet not refunded by 7/10......or why there were no further emails to advise when the refund would be...
    6. did offer me a catalogue - WHY in the name of wossname would I even consider their tinpot company now?

I have to say her whole attitude was one of sheer boredom as I could hear her tapping away with a pencil, clearly wishing I would fall down a drain or something.

I did comment that I would pass the issue to Anne Robinson & Watchdog - she was not interested. (Zoe not Anne).
I also said I'd pass it on to Martin Lewis - WHO? Never heard of him.

Poor Martin, I'd sure he's sobbing into his copy of the FT at the thought that some utterly incompetant nincompoop has never heard of him :rotfl:

I reckon they'll sit on the refund just to be annoying.

Merry Monday everyone, 74 days til christmas...

I also have a feeling they are almost witholding the refunds out of SPITE!!!

Why not just PRESS THE 'REFUND' button??? It takes 2 damn seconds and its RUBBISH about your Paypal account being frozen as yes Paypal do investigate it but the seller can issue a refund AT ANY TIME TO END THE DISPUTE INSTANTLY

This company sound SHODDY in the least!!!!! ....... Just issue our flipping refunds!!!!!!!!! And less of the excuses please as even those who have received their orders have BEEN WARNED NOW that if things go wrong in the future you HAVE ALOT OF HASSLE to chase them up for a simple refund and their attitude is nonchalant to SAY THE LEAST!!!!!

Sorry to go on but this is DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICE!!

    I suggest those of us chasing refunds write on their Facebook wall as it comes across so 'squeeky clean' with no disgruntled customers on there & I won't be surprised if they remove my comments but feel free to add to them here if you like! ;) ;

My comments are under the baby towel deal ... but I might just write straight on their wall soon! lol

I have a feeling they are going to be stubborn and let us all escalate the claims , have to wait the 30 days , then Paypal act in our favour in the end of course and issue our refunds from the amounts that have been frozen on their Paypal account ( so they can't spend it! lol ) but it is NOT frozen as in they can't end the dispute and simply issue the refund by pressing the 'refund customer' button immediately!! )
  • After yesterday's call (4.35pm), Paypal emailed at 5.05pm to advise case closed as refunds being processed & allow 7 days for it to show up. Amazing ....!

I think if everyone requests to speak to a manager to escalate it then they may understand how annoyed we are.

Still no response to email though - "Zoe" stated she didn't get them (I replied directly to hers....) beyond caring now.

Hopefully in 7 days I'll have the money back - at least TWO weeks after they took it....:(

Oh & I emailed Watchdog... perhaps if a few of us do that, they may wake up to the problem if the lovely Ms Robinson gives them a grilling:rotfl:
