I got this email too so I guess I'm one of the lucky ones too! I'm really happy with the replacements actually as I didn't need anymore beach towels really.

I wonder if they are doing this for people who spent a certain amount or who ordered several items. (I ordered 3 sales items with totalled about £13), and then just cancelled those who ordered one cheap item.

OK apparently my 2 orders were merged into one, and the entire thing was cancelled as they have run out of every single thing I ordered including the free beach towels:( Don't think I'll be bothering with them again, which is a great shame as I did like some of their stuff and their sale prices were attractive. But what is the point in doing orders when you have no idea of what is in stock? Think they've lost a potential customer here, and its a bit shabby that despite having messed me around, cancelled 2 orders and cancelled the 2 free gifts that they haven't sent out a voucher or similar as a gesture of goodwill. Even free postage would have been good, and of no great expense to them.

my order came to £15,ibut they where sale item's. i just dont understand why companys do not have web sites that keep count of stock available, they cancel my order yet have not yet sent my refund :mad:
