I've just received a cancellation email Only received one email and I made 2 orders, so fingers crossed I will get the other one. I appreciate that they were probably flooded with orders because of this thread, but my pet hate is companies that don't have real time stock checkers, and this will definitely put me off using them again. I think it was a bit shoddy that they didn't put any order ref on the cancellation email either, so i have no idea which order has been cancelled.

After raving about them , sorry , will NOT be using them again as item showed as in stock when ordered & would have ordered something else otherwise or was it that we didn't spend enough to get the free towel?
Either way a BIG THUMBS DOWN now unfortunately
They have just lost out on two customers as will not be recommending them to my daughter which is a pity as if they had honoured the order I def would have passed on the link.....0 -

Same here just got the cancellation email, odd that all 3 items i wanted where out of stock ?? oh well i won't be going back to order from them again, very poor, hope some have managed to get their orders though ??:wave:0
