They can ban who they want for whatever reason they want. If you feel the ban was unjustified, then as others have said, complain.
Personally i would never want to darken the doorstep of any of their stores again.

But it would make life tough for them.

I have pics of mistakes they have made to send to watchdog.
Code of pratice which they have broken etc.

Watchdog will not be interested in the slightest, try the email route but TBH I think you will get no where.
