Falsely Banned: what can I do ?

I agree, never darken there doorstep again
But it would make life tough for them.
I have pics of mistakes they have made to send to watchdog.
Code of pratice which they have broken etc.
When you say you have pics , do you mean you have photographed within the store? Because to be honest that 'might' be a reason for them being suspicious about your behaviour...?This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I think you are right.
That member of staff (my have been an off day) said while reducing stuff & not looking at us. "I would raver throw it in the bin the reduce it" after I told my son that it was not a price I would be willing to pay for it.
This was 4 or 5 months ago. I think this is why she seems to have a grudge against us and has put 2+2=5.0 -

I do have pics, inside & out taken near the begining of the year.
The instore pics shows them up then. Watchdog show they are still doing it.
The outside pic is third party. It's the car park company the works for asda & was featured on the last season of watchdog about wording on there signs. It has not been charged or corrected.0 -
Hmmm. You need to be careful here. Someone with facts, will hopefully appear. I do however believe, that you are not allowed to take photographs on private property without permission.
Supermarkets make a lot of pricing errors due to the sheer amount of lines they stock, it is always going to happen.
However, watchdog may appreciate a time and date stamped picture, showing the outside signage
Although not the reason you were banned, customers do get banned for photography inside supermarkets. Id personally stop doing so in any retail premises immediately.0 -

I know, the indoor pics were take easter time. None since.
Have seen other errors since but have not bothered to take pics.
I understand errors will happen in stores. Seen 1 in wilkos today.
The only item I have brought since asda ban. But staff are paid to check thing like this, and some are common sense.
ie 47p each or 2 for a £1.0 -
Stores are VERY iffy about people taking photo's.... it potentially breaches the privacy of other customers for one thing! ( and as a passing customer I would be very wary of anyone seeming to be 'casing the joint')
A former member of staff for a store I worked for was asked to leave a 'competitors' shop ( not outright ban) for taking notes of prices, had she been taking photo's also I suspect she would have been escorted out even faster! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Right,,
I rung GSM, he knows nothing of it. He will not talk about it over the phone. He also said they very rarely overturn a ban. I can not email him as they only have an internal system. I should write it in a letter and post it.
So after talking to some people about all of this and helpful comments here. I will email a complaint to the CEO.
Anybody think this is the best way forward ?0 -
I would give it a couple of months and then return to the store.
Either a. No one will notice or remember and you can carry on or b. they'll just ask you to leave in which case go back to the beginning of this post.0
