Falsely Banned: what can I do ?

Bit harsh methinks, he is referring to the staff members that are polite to him instore and say hello every now and then. I don't think he is stalking them but would miss the polite people that take time to say hello (sadly lacking these days). I would take the advice further up and write to the ceo. Ignore the bad comments here, they aren't helping anyone but seem to have judged you already. Surely the fact that these labels are supposed to be tamper-proof would negate your ability to tamper with them anyway?

You can bet on one thing: the Asda manager won't be investing a fraction of the mental energy into this that you are.

You may be better off putting this behind you and taking your custom elsewhere.

You are right. And writing to the ceo is what we are doing.

yep, there is other shops to goto and that is what we are doing. Includeing the post office. Asda has lost more by this then they think. There fingers are in lots of pies these days.

You said that you can spend up to an hour waiting by the reduced items for what, a pound saving maximum?!? Surely it would be more prudent to find work and earn maybe £5 instead?
