Hi everyone

Would like to rejoin again -list is still too big and my only IN last month was the QVC Decleor TSV but I think I might save that as a gift for myself for Christmas - so this has been put in the gift drawer. This is helpful when DH asks "what do you want for Christmas then?" but can't be bothered to go shopping.

re flip flops...just bought a pair from tesco sale ..ok so they are a/ girlie pink with diamonte on:eek: and b/ones that go between your toe which I hate BUT they were only £1.50 and I will be wearing them when I go in the river so no one will see plus they will stay on better:):)

A while back, at the entrance of a gym, there was a picture of a very thin and b...eautiful woman. The caption was "This summer, do you want to be a mermaid or a whale?"

The story goes, a woman (of clothing size unknown) answered the following way:

"Dear people, whales are always surrounded by friends (dolphins, seals, curious humans), they are sexually active and raise their children with great tenderness.
They entertain like crazy with dolphins and eat lots of prawns. They swim all day and travel to fantastic places like Patagonia, the Barents Sea or the coral reefs of Polynesia.
They sing incredibly well and sometimes even are on cds. They are impressive and dearly loved animals, which everyone defend and admires.

Mermaids do not exist.

That's brilliant rosemary. There is too much obsession with being thin and it's not good. It is good to have a healthy BMI but what does it matter if you have a few lumps and bumps? My body is like a road map of my journey to being who I am. No point getting hung up about that. (Having said that, still no way in heck will I ever consider wearing a bikini!

Well I got the Boots catalogue, a big grey bin thing full of them outside the door so I didnt even have to venture in! Not much in it that I'd even buy in the sale, bit disappointing as I've hardly any goodies left but am after Lush things for my bday at the end of the month.

Just currently packing up the toiletries for the move next week and glad to say they fit in a big Ikea baga nd thats including various Lush hatboxes so nowhere near all smellies:j

Another UU: my home-made day cream has run out? WIBA? WIMakeA, more like, and the answer is definitely yes!

I've also used up my Tresemm! Heat Barrier. WIBA? I'm not sure it makes much of a difference, but it might be just my hair.

Wowee...if I keep using up at this rate, I might start having space!
