I expect it's the coffee:p Coffee at 3am - are you mental?
Nah, I was on break!
I'm now drinking another coffee and slobbing on here rather than going to bed. THAT's mental! Tonight's my only night off and I'm back in tomorrow for another. I was going to go into the bank office and see if there was a bank shift for tonight but decided against it. So tonight, I shall paint my toenailsDebt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -

Morning all. Hugs to everyone, and especially to those who need one a little bit more than most.
Going ok with the challenge. Except... bought an eyeshadow yesterday but only because I had one of those £5 vouchers to use up. It's a brown one, similar to a Mac one which won't last too much longer. So, it's a saving in a way. Have been talking myself out of buying other stuff.
Also, in order to use up foundations instead of buying a the Boots one that I thought I wanted, I've started on a L'Oreal one. It's the perfect colour for me so not sure why I stopped wearing it!
Love this challenge! Keep up the good work ladies!Clothes challenge 2011 £254.08/£500!!!Toiletries challenge 2011 Trying!:j:T:j0 -

Morning all,
I've had a very good couple of days - managed 2 GA's and 2 UU.
I've given away my concealer to a friend whose recently had a baby and is having about 2 hours sleep a night - they were my No7 and one of Lush's colour supplements. The No7 was sadly too dark for me, and the other didn't sit well on my skin so I won;t be repurchasing either of them.
2 UU's:
Colgate sensitive - will probably buy again when I've used up current stash and when its on offer.
Herbal Essences beautiful ends conditioner - it was good value at £1 but the bottle is a bit small. I might buy it again once I've used up my current stash! In the end the journey's brought joys which outweigh the pain.
No buying toiletries in November: INs 1 OUTs 10. Total OUTs since October: 260 -
According to Google, The Queen said it in her closing speech after 9/11. All I can find looking up the origins or where it came from are sites/articles quoting her speech.
Although I did find this which dates it older than 9/11, however most things link it to The Queen. It must be older though, surely?
How Long Will The Pain Last?
By Martha White ©1996
How long will the pain last?" a broken hearted mourner asked me.
"All the rest of your Life." I have to answer truthfully.
We never quite forget. No matter how many years pass, we remember. The loss of a loved one is like a major operation.
Part of us is removed, and we have a scar for the rest of our lives.
As years go by, we manage. There are things to do, people to care for,
tasks that call for full attention. But the pain is still there, not far below
the surface. We see a face that looks familiar, hear a voice that echoes, see a photograph in someone's album, see a landscape that once we saw together, and it seems as though a knife were in the wound again. But not so painfully. And mixed with joy, too. Because remembering a happy time is not all sorrow, it brings back happiness with it.
How long will the pain last?
All the rest of your life. But the things to remember is that not
only the pain will last, but the blessed memories as well. Tears
are proof of life. The more love, the more tears. If this be true,
then how could we ever ask that the pain cease altogether. For
then the memory of love would go with it.
The pain of grief is the price we pay for love.
Thank you so much, fellow night owl. :A Huge loving hugs to you. :A I'm going to spread that one far and wide. I think it would be a lovely verse for a memorial Order of Service.
I was up at that time as I'd received work related emails when I was out that I wanted to deal with, they required a lot of thought, and then my mind was wide awake.
Back on topic, one footcream splutterer still spluttering. I keep finding random trial sachets of face cream, and I've got the Argan Oil to use ... but I need to use some moisturiser with self tanner regularly or I look like an ill Goth... :rotfl:
(Earlier this year my boss took me to one side and said she was really worried about the way I looked ... I'd stopped using the moisturiser with self tan, that was all)

Flirtini I'm glad it went well. Hugest hugs yet again, we're all here for you whenever you need us *hugs*
xoxo I can't believe you! I remember somebody else comparing it to the consistency of jam, but they didn't try to eat it :rotfl: :rotfl: Please do not buy scented nvs!!!:rotfl: Thanks for the lovely post also. It made me warm inside too (I'm also drinking coffee while reading, but it's cold uughh)
trudij I saw that offer too! The ones that come free with magazines etc are awful quality though  Much worse than the ones you pay full whack for! I am converted to Orly/Andrea Fulerton though, so not tempted :D (I am not an imposter!)
Thank you to whoever suggested the Garnier 2 in 1 MUR. I tried it last night and it was really good. It took off my waterproof mascara relatively well. Especially in comparison to the L'Oreal one, which with holding and swiping, there was no evidence of mascara on the cotton wool, and it was definitely still on my lashes
Also, I'm impressed by the Maybelline One by One waterproof mascara. It hasn't clumped on my lashes or flaked :jNo buying unnecessary toiletries/makeup in May: Unnecessary spend £17.60

No probs, gave me an excuse to stay sat on my bum rather than make the effort to go to bed
How do you use the moisturiser with fake tan? I'm so tempted by it, have some in the stash because i'm almost see through i'm so pale, but i'm scared of going streaky or orangeBecause it's gradual is it easier to get an all over tan rather than fake tan where I end up looking like an orange zebra?
:rotfl:
Hugs to everyone today, sounds like a lot of us need one at the moment for various reasons!:j0 -

:rotfl::rotfl: I have scented NVsThankfully they don't smell nice enough (odd chemical hint to them!) to tempt me :rotfl:
In my defence it's not like I took a spoon in the bathroom with me and had a mouthful, I just tasted a bit on the tip of my tongue:rotfl: Doesn't make it any better does it?:rotfl::rotfl:
