I don't have any track at all. Is there an easy way to attach a door curtain without using a track? As I say, the lintels are incredibly hard to drill into and if there is another solution it would be great.
The door between the porch and hallway doesn't close properly either, so I should maybe tackle that. Mind you, if I put up a thick door curtain that should help a lot.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

Rosie - is there a wall at either side of the door?
If so, an extending shower rod should work

Motherease do bedwetter pants whch fit teens so should fit DS.. the thing is... they take longer to dry than a bedsheet which you can easily hang over a door! My 11 y/o has the pampers underjams they are usually on some offer or other in supermarkets
I found this bed wetting alarm very effective in helping a bed wetter to stop : http://www.wetstop3.co.uk/Smiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...
..one size fits all... and nobody minds if you give it back.☆.。.:*・° Housework is so much easier without the clutter ☆.。.:*・°SPC No. 5180 -

was in wilkinson's this morning and got 2 draught excluders for £1.50 each. they have a selection of colours and patterns (non particularly stylish thb) and are quite lightweight affairs, but should go some way to helping keep the living room cosy....0

Had a thought this morning when I was wrapping some of the gifts I have bought for a friends 70th. She loves Christmas and as we are now on the final strait to it yet again (I think personally it is far too commercial now), I suddenly remembered a joke gift I bought for one of my uncles one year. Got some strange looks, but I had the last laugh when he phoned me one day over the holdiay to say that he was very greatful for it at 3am that morning-indigestion tablets! Think we should all check supply, as despite our best efforts, there will be consumption of rich foods for a couple of weeks:DA smile costs little but creates much0

That is a brilliant idea!!!!!!! And I have one in the bathroom that we don't use as we don't have a working shower. Just never took it down, so I can do that now and see how it fits.
So, I could make a door curtain just using some heavy fabric that I have. Would that be better than fleece? And can I do it without buying curtain tape? Maybe I should invest in some actually, as it will last me for years.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

You could just stitch down a turnover that's big enough for the curtain to slide onto to over the shower rail. Hope you know what I mean:o0
