Anyone had any dealing with 1&1?
1&1 are chasing me for debt I do not believe owe.
Being exchanging emails all day. They are not listening to my points.

" accounts left delinquent will eventually and automatically pass to collection agency AFS".

Is there anything I can send to stop them passing it to a collection agency.

The debt is for -£7.18 but the it's princpal, I don't owe them anything.

Any suggestions?[FONT=Consolas, Courier New, Courier]

Auto renewing Domain. But i thought i cancelled it.
Had this issue earlier in the year for another domain had some long phone calls were they went throught my account and they are aware i don't want my domains to auto renew.
Thought i cancelled. Nearly a month after it renewed they invoiced me for it.

i get this sometimes with my clients who cancel hosting and i keep telling clients that leave make sure you also cancel any subscriptions setup with paypal etc.

you may have cancelled this with 1 & 1 but if its autorenew then their may be a subscription setup with paypal that you never cancelled, so this would send them the payment even if the product/service is cancelled. as you have agreed to send them the money each period.

Cancelled with paypal last time had this problem. There subscription set up.
Recieved this "We regret to inform you that your current PayPal merchant agreement limit is not sufficient to cover your recent invoice at 1&1"

So you have an active PayPal merchant agreement with 1 & 1. why have you not cancelled and removed this as this gives 1 & 1 your authority to take money from your paypal account under this agreement.

I don't have an active agreement. They sent that to me after trying to get moeny out of my account failing. Cancelled the agreement last time i had issues with a domain.

I worried about the collection collection agency AFS.

So if the domain is a 12 month subscription and it is not active ?? What are they exactly trying to charge you for again.
a service they are not providing.
Print some screen grabs and tell them to take a hike.

it will be hard if they have a record of you having a domain on autorenew unless you have a record of the domain cancealltion and their acceptance of the cancellation.

it may be less hastle just to give them the £7
