Chocolate it is - and a large hot choc too with cream and marshmallows if that's any help.
What a shame about D. As you say, much better to know now rather than later though it would have been easier if you knew from the start. I suppose this is relatively near the start.
The polo day sounds amazing (if muddy): how lovely to have a day in the country with horses and dogs.
And August 29th!!! Well, we will all be cheering you on!
Thanks Miggy I'll defo take that hot choc! yum
Yeah it was all new so I guess its not too bad
Yeah it was so nice, I love going out of London and having some country time, so refreshing!

Tell me about it - Nationwide! She said "its because they have to count it" right that satisfied me. NOT. Which bank is yours? I like the sound of that?! I had even bagged mine up in the right amounts and not mixed so had done the job for them!
Haha Mines been on for at least 2 years now so it was about time!
Nationwide's a building society (the last really big one) acting like a bank so they don't really deal much with cash I'm afraid.
I'm trying to make ends meet in London as well (though not from here originally) and budget for a family.
For entertainment I've had a lot of fun at TV recordings - worth registering with applausestore.com, especially if you can get a mob of like-minded pals.
Good luck with your efforts. There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

Hey never too late!
Thanks for the link I will look at that. Good look with your budgeting I find it difficult for one so a family must be hard

My friend S is lovely, having told her the latest on D she's rang me and kept me company all day on email, so thoughtful and with my diary I really do feel very loved! Who needs a man anyway??Santander 0% £1,529.94

Hi LG,
I'm so sorry to hear about D. He sounded like he had such promise. It is good that he told you now though. A lot of men would have definitely shyed away from that and been a little more selfish, so I'm really pleased you didn't get dragged along in any drama.
There's a true friend with S, keeping you email and phone company. That makes the day a lot easier to get through, doesn't it?
Take care LG, there's a good one out there somewhere for all of us! You always have such a positive spirit too, so fortunately you'll also have fun while you're looking.

I'm a bit sad about it all but better I know now and not 6 months down the line when I've fallen hook, line and sinker. We left it a bit up in the air so I don't know if he'll call or not but I won't call him Ive decided.
Why? He's honest, and he didn't take advantage. There would be no harm in contacting him every now and again and just generally keeping in (a light) touch. It's unlikely he will phone you unless you've phoned him for the first time as he will (quite rightly) think you've blown him out.
You may wish to be more subtle than asking him how his divorce is going - but that's entirely up to you."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Hi LG
I seem to be on the same wave length as you today. I too had jacket potato for tea and have had more man trouble. The low down is he's gone for good now. So yes your right. Who needs a man? haha. Present company on here excluded
Take care.
