  • 1. Most likely
    2. Unlikely since there's been nothing in my ears since 1990 something. lol
    3. No fever or pain
    4. Dunno?
    5. I'm not going anywhere near a doctors as I don't like them.:(

I'll persevere with the ear drops.

Sis tells me your supposed to clean your ears out regularly but how do you do this if you can't put anything in them?
happy, just had to reply as a topic close to my heart, I have now been told by my nursey I'm not allowed to have any more syringing done as I'm very naughty!! U should clean ur ears out by putting olive/almond oil in ur ears once a week. I use a spray type one recommended by nursey called earol, it's just olive oil but the bottle spray is more effective apparently. Do go to the docs please, syringing doesn't hurt. Its a funny sensation but will get rid of the deafness instantly if it's just blocked, however u need to have put olive oil in ur ears for 2 weeks otherwise they won't do it. Also a treatment called hopi ear candle is avail where the candle draws the wax out.... It's ok but didn't work for me !! Good luck xx

Then remember, head to the side, ear to the ceiling hold your nose shut your mouth and gentle blowly out throw your nose(While your still holding your nose)

Done it, but all I have is an ear full of condensation.

Why would olive oil work if Otex doesn't?
