Got trouted with the GC knives tonight! :eek:
Lovely cs lady said she had to call manager who said to refund and offer to resell to me at 342. I refused and asked about dtd, so cs lady called manager again who came down. She was nice enough but insisted that the 342 offer had ended and as a gesture of goodwill I could buy them at 342. I reminded of the dtd policy but she said it didnt apply. I politely refused and said I would take it up with cs. Result is me going back tomorrow with reference number to collect my £50 dtd
Thankfully its not a store I go to a lot as I have certainly raised my profile there! :eek:

I think this is a great idea! There are still things I don't know so this would be brill. Aslong as Karlie isn't naughty with the pictures
