Well done OP. Your second poster here today who has received an offer in excess of there asking price.
Just shows if you price the property correctly, the interest from buyers will follow.
Congrats.0 -
Hooray! I can't believe people are offering over the price. Shame you can't move quickly. You have given some hope in an often cleak forum!!

The people who live opposite us are currently selling up, and went with house network. From what I've seen (we're also currently selling, so I've been taking an interest) they initially went with a vastly over-inflated asking price, which has now been dropped about four times, and they've only started getting a noticable number of viewings now that they're on their third agent.
As with any other agent, how good they are may well depend what area you're in....0 -
5 offers? Outstanding! My eyes! The goggles do nothing!0

We have been on Rightmove for a week now and no viewings yet but the Rightmove data we have received is showing that the appeared in results/full details shown/conversion figures are substantially higher that the agency average. The HN email suggests that this is a good indication that the asking price is about right - however, I would imagine that this would be normal in the first week of marketing due to people searching for properties that have been added in the last 7 days on Rightmove. We'll see what the figures look like in a week or so and hopefully that will give us a better indication.
Has anyone else gone on recently with HN? What did your Rightmove stats look like at the start? Do you have many other houses in your area being marketed by HN? There is only one other property with HN in my town - I'm not sure if that may affect how many people proceed to viewing as they haven't heard of HN :think:0 -

What do you mean by 'the agency average'?
Do you mean HN's average, or a more universal figure?0 -
It's the HouseNetwork average.
From the report from HN:-
'Your statistics are encouraging in terms of the exposure level you are receiving. As the report shows, you have received a higher search listing result compared to our branch average and this means that people are searching for more properties within your price range than we would expect.
In addition, the conversion rate is also very high, so this means that buyers are deciding to view your full details, which normally equates to viewings and a sale.
As a result, we would recommend that your price is currently correct and we should evaluate the performance over the next few weeks, as the statistics are very encouraging indeed.'0 -
These are our stats, if it helps:
