I too was wondering why my Bulb FiT payment was late and whether it was because Bulb had run out of money!Reed0

Their customer service seems to have turned from excellent to very bad. I've been trying to get them to fix my reversed registers on the smart meter for a year now. I've even raised a formal complaint, but all they seem to be able to do is send me an email saying "Let us know how you'd like us to fix it, or we'll close the complaint in 5 days."In the end, I've moved my electric and gas custom somewhere else to force some action. So, after over-charging me for the last year, they've now 'resolved' my account and asked me to pay them more :-(4kWp, Panels: 16 Hyundai HIS250MG, Inverter: SMA Sunny Boy 4000TLLocation: Bedford, Roof: South East facing, 20 degree pitch20kWh Pylontech US5000 batteries, Lux AC inverter,Skoda Enyaq iV80, TADO Central Heating control1

It will be interesting to see how long Bulb take to pay now that they are in special administration. Reading submitted 31st December, 10 days and counting ...2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.0

Hi All. Is anyone having any issues with SSE?
I've had solar for about 7 years and been with SSE for the FIT payments the entire time. Normally I submit readings and the payment is made within a week, even though they've always stated they would pay within the quarter.
However, the reading before last, I waited nearly the entire quarter for the payment and had to chase them up for it. It looks like I'm having to do the same with the latest reading as in two weeks it will be 3 months and I'll have to submit the next one.
Annoyingly I called yesterday afternoon and was told they have new phone line times of 9-2pm. I just called and was told that the staff are being updated so the phones are closed and won't open till the afternoon, so I'm guessing not today either.
Just wondering what anyone else's experience with SSE is like currently?4 Kwp System, South Facing, 35 Degree Pitch, 16 x 250W Solarworld Panels, SMA Sunnyboy 3600 Inverter, Installed 02/09/14 in Sunny South Bedford - £5600

Possible something to do with the merger with Ovo. They are laying off about 25% of the combined workforce, so I imagine things like FiT payments are being merged. These things rarely go entirely to plan.

I'm loathe to phone again because it'll probably cost a whole lot of money and don't want to be spending my earnings!

Further to my previous post, I finally got through to SSE who said although I gave a reading in November, there was a problem on my account in that there had been no physical reading of the meter for two years, so I could either make an appointment for a meter reader or email her a photo of my meter, which is what I did. Here's hoping.....1
