  • Hi Dave,
Wow, that seems like there’s a glitch somewhere......I can’t speak highly enough of the EDF FIT team, I’m sure if you can call them then they will help you there’s a phone number on my emails - 03332005109 - might be worth a call.
    Good Luck

    Hi Nobby,
I've given the number a ring.  It's an automatic system where you can enter your readings using the phone's touch-pad.
I always get two emails from EDF as I've two sets of panels on two different FIT rates.  A problem I've discovered is that the emails they sent me have the same reference FIT number for the two sets of panels.  The numbers should end in -1 and -2 but the emails listing the two different meter numbers gave the same FIT number.  Fortunately I know which is which and what the reference numbers should be from previous emails over the years.  This is probably the cause of the website problem - rubbish in, rubbish out.  I tried entering the corrected details on-line, but these were rejected too.
Hopefully the telephone system will work when a 'real' person looks at the figures.

  • Hi Dave,
Sorry about the bum number,  I’ve got another one in my contacts so it’s worth a try - 03332005100.

Thanks Nobby, I'll give it a try when I get back to base on Wednesday.

I have been with Ecotricity for my FiT. They always pay about three months after a reading. As I've got a Tesla PW2, I am taking advantage of the Octopus & Tesla tariff. Octopus will pay my production FiT, there's no daily fee, plus 11p per kWh in and out. The 4.6 kW solar system should just about cover us April to October and when the Ripple Energy turbine goes live, I've got 3,000 kWh per year from them already paid for.

Has anyone heard from SSE about this quarter's FIT payments? I haven't received the usual email reminder to submit a meter reading.

Well this is the longest Bulb has ever taken to pay out, 15 days now and still waiting. I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

@KevinG I came on here to see if anyone else hasn't had their Bulb FIT payment. I'm going to try their live chat tomorrow.

@Bluebell1000 I've been in touch on the community forum and they are now saying "there has been a technical issue with one of our partners" and the payment should arrive in the next seven days.
