Do they use bank transfer Dave? So straight in to your bank?

As with Dave F.
EDF excellent service again, reading submitted on Saturday 1st September and BACS payment email received this afternoon ( Monday ).
Good quarter despite a disappointing August, £857 !
Worth me pointing out that this is despite us switching from EDF for our electricity supply ( no mains gas here ) so no penalising from them for just being our FIT processor.
Keep up the good work EDF.

I received an email stating -Thank you for the reading 14,277 we recently received from you through our online system dated 18/07/2018, We have been unable to update this reading as it was higher than expected and we need meter reading photograph with Visible Meter Serial Number to process it further.

Once we receive the photograph we can then process the payment and if you have any queries please call us on the number below.
Now there's a coincidence, I had exactly the same response from BG after submitting our first ever fit reading. It took two weeks for this email to be despatched from the date of fit submission and judging from the experience above it could be sometime before I receive remuneration for the amount owed.

Hi, sorry for slight hijack. But just wondering if the eon rep can help me please? I was supposed to give meter reading in by 23rd Sep but missed it and now can't log into account as keep getting incorrect log in error, even though I've reset the password and certain nothing is wrong. Can I call in the reading? Is it too late, do I wait for December now? If I can call could you give me the number please. Many thanks.0
