It gives me something to focus my mind, distracts me from stupid thoughts, and helps me earn a few quid as well - i finally feel like i am actually starting to contribute to earning again (and sorting out my debts) but he just doesn't seem to get it! On the other hand it is of course very worthwhile him sitting playing war games online for like 5 hours at a time........... hmmmmmmm!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

:rotfl:That made me giggle as my car is called "Citroen"Ella :rotfl: (does naming my car make me sound a little crazy?).
Well I received a cheque for £57.53 today. My old car insurers messed up and renewed my policy when I had already told them that I wasn't interested, it was only when I contacted them about it that I found out that they had taken money from my account for a deposit! I noticed it go out, but assumed that it was my last payment for the old policy as it was the same amount. The 'deposit' was £84 though so I have spoken to them and they said that the rest will be with me next week - seems very strange that they would split it, but I'll just have to wait and see if I get another cheque through. Still pleased though as I thought this money was long gone
Also got 50p student discount to add0 -
sold a book on green metropolis - made £2.94 from it
probably won't sell anymore for a while

I love having a wee catch up read on here, it makes me laugh lots some days and nearly brings me to tears on others, mostly though its just lovely to see us all creeping towards our targets

Well done for making a profit
Most of them around here are too. There's one that all the children's things are £1, but apparently they had lots in so needed to clear some of it as they didn't have much space, so had a little sign to say things were down to 50p.
The same price applies to all their childrens things though, from a little T-Shirt, to coats, shoes etc. It depends on what you come across really. I've found a couple of pairs of fabulous condition Clarks shoes that I've had for £1, but then they have like a single babygrow on a little hanger for £1 as well! Swings and roundabouts I guess. But obviously fab value for things like the Clarks, rather than paying £25 odd for something that they will grow out of in a matter of weeks.
This coat was gorgeous, and had I been expecting a girl I would have kept it. Have seen similar ones in Next for about £25!! :eek:Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -
