If these people have really looked at facts they would see Yes on many occasions when he has an episode he pitches tents on the shed roof to be close to lauren. Has slept many times on the doorstep. Im being punished because the system has failed him. After many overdoses what do they do (why have you run out of tablets) I took them all!!! here you go have a prescription. Sorry to rant but I have spent a long time realising everything is not always as you think

Thats what some of us are sayin ....or at least tryin... peeps that need help don't seem to get it... Profesional cheats beat us .... hands down

Don't worry.

Once you start telling the interviewer your story & the truth, after 10 minutes they'll be fighting to get out of the room !!

People that work in benefits soon become weary with the reality of living on benefits & all the problems.

Yes i agree nerve racking at the time but they do realise pretty quickly whats going on, well that was my experience

Try not to worry too much, i know its not easy been there got the t,shirt, but like Peter says they soon realise whats going on, (on the lighter side) soon turn from Ogre's to normal people Good Luck

One point i must make,I am so sick and tired of people saying" if you have done nothing wrong and are being honest you have nothing to to worry about"
If you are not well or have problems, you do nothing else but worry!
The scammers are the ones who have nothing to worry about and have nothing to loose.I wish some people would get real!

cheers to all, but you do worry n stress. Don't know if Im being paranoid but have noticed lately that some of my mail has been opened then resealed with tape. is that something else they do?? They may give me more money if they've read all my debts. Hee Hee. If they don't believe me I will make sure they drag me through the court system so I can produce real proof on how the system can fail people and who's left pick up the pieces.

I think people who make reports should also only be protected if the complaint is upheld, if it isnt upheld then they should be told the results of the report ie. claimant found to be within the law and if they then keep doing repeat reports have to pay a fine since they are wasting the fraud teams resources on repeat investigations.

I agree, it's very very worrying & can even be dangerous to those people.

We've said people who make wrong or malicious accusations should face the music & even be fined/prosecuted.

Actually there was 3 of them on the main news one night last week. Builder, and a guy who run the marathon. Now come on. claimed something like £22,000 in one year. Think this guy got 10 months, not too sure. That's not even my husbands salary.

Benefits are so little that most on them are on the poverty line, so, how on earth can someone have in a year 22k worth of benefits If the guy is running the Marathon then he is more than capable of working.

Complain to the post office in case they are delivering it to the wrong address and also inform the company's in question. I had a spate of bank statements etc go missing, i never received them so made them all paperless so no statements came through the post, less chance of ID fraud that way.
