On the back of the FED warning about the state of banks and the general economy, and the US decision to provide more stimulus.
Seems I'm the only one on the forum today too! Could see the biggest daily decline in the FTSE for a good few years today if this keeps up.

In "real" terms, compared to FTSE, my houses have gone up a considerable amount today already.0

Monday headline - Footsie down on fears of Greek default
Tuesday headline - Footise up on hopes of Fed stimulus
So was the default more likely on Monday than Tuesday? Was the stimulus more likely on Tuesday than Monday? Or has the market got the attention span of a demented goldfish and can only think of one thing at a time?"It will take, five, 10, 15 years to get back to where we need to be. But it's no longer the individual banks that are in the wrong, it's the banking industry as a whole." - Steven Cooper, head of personal and business banking at Barclays, talking to Martin Lewis0 -
