Can I ask a question re DTD? I was overcharged on some yellow stickered rduced items tonight so went to customer services to get my refund. When I said shouldnt I be getting DTD the assistant said no because it was an 'operator error'.. is this correct?

    Thanks

As far as I am aware if you are overcharged on anything you should get DTD. I could do wth someone shedding some light on that too.

No, it's not correct. What a lame excuse. The SEL is the prices you expected to pay. It you were overcharged, for whatever reason, it is an overcharge and therefore you get dtd. Phone CS at head office (think they may be closed Sunday though).

Nottage Hill Shiraz still showing £4.98 in mysupermarket, contrary to someone's post saying £3.33.

Not so, it is still showing at 3.33 on mysupermarket, i normally check the tesco and asda sites to make sure on the day I go shopping.

I will get some whatever the JTD I get back and as I got my days mixed up, it will be on Monday.

I will post the results of my JTD voucher when I get it.

How strange, it's obviously cheaper in your part of the world, then. I assume you'd logged in when you checked this on mysupermarket? Because if you do a search without logging in it's £4.98 and also if I log in (East Mids) I get £4.98.

Again Asda site showing £4.98 without logging in

Wonder if T's take local pricing into account - be interesting to see what you get on your JTD. I'm expecting mine any time now...

Was it a yellow special offer SEL. The reason I ask is that if it is a yellow offer SEL chances are that it was just missed in prices change over in that store, if its a normal white SEL could be national. But whichever it is still worth a check in store.;)

It was a yellow one but not your normal reduced for specific period of time one. Or at least couldn't see the dates as normally show on the sel
