Hi all, do you have to have a minimum number of items to put your receipt through the price check? I thought i read somewhere it was 5, but i can't find it again to confirm.
Also, are the vouchers valid for 28 days from the date on the receipt, the day you put it in, the day they email back or the day you print it off? Mega confused on that one!:huh:0 -

You can price check 1 item if you want. I think the vouchers are valid for 1 month from the date you put them in.0 -
Ah, thanks Vikki

I think is 28 days from the date on the receipt as after that date you can no longer print them.0

To mhoc - yes I can confirm JTD on Tesco Fiano wine with the meal deal (voucher for £3.39). No Tesco near me but got at York on Thurs and confirmed today.
Got trouted with garlic bread thought - wouldn't have it that it was part of meal deal and made me swop for another side when I tried to claim overcharge (£16).0 -
Quick update this. Received £15 money card from Mr T's head office. I emailed HO back & told them I wasn't happy with their gesture & after several emails back & forth I have just received another money card for £60.00:beer::jto cover the double the difference I was originally entitled toShould I accept this. A couple of weeks ago I tried to buy an ipod dock alarm clock for £39.97 the sel was out of date & states £99.97 reduced to £39.97. CS at HO have offered me £15 voucher & to buy the item for £39.97. What would you do??? Has anyone else ever had this happen to them0 -

You paid £99.97 and the SEL was £39.97?
If my maths is correct you were overcharged by £60, and DTD should be £120.0 -
But surely you were entitled to £120 Dtd??A happy wife, and mum to 2 lovely little boys :j0
