Nice dtd, was it exactly the right SEL?0

Why do names of stores have asterisks in them or is this deliberate by the posters?Everybody dies, but not everyone truly lives0

Sorry to quote myself but as if to prove a point, Tesco D!dcot tonightThe best ones to check there are the small half size yellow special offer SELs - these are often out of date, often by more than a week.
Youngs Jumbo Scampi 240g OOD SEL expired 3/Jan Half price £2.49 scanned through at £6.00 for an in-profit DTD of £7.02.
There were a few other out of date B1G1F SELs, also the half size ones - but I didn't push my luck as I was already shopping for free.
OOD SELs seem almost too easy this year. Long may it continue - thanks Tesco
This is to stop store managers searching their town and so being alerted to any misprices - although it's a fair bet Tesco HO already monitor this thread. Why do names of stores have asterisks in them or is this deliberate by the posters?0 -
yes it was a normal white label and the woman had to check the codes or something i think at first she thought i had made the mistake but then after she checked she said no it was there mistake. the customer service desk staff was really nice about it i didnt ask for double the difference. she did have to show the tech desk and get duty manager but refund straight away :j0
