Just got back from Tesco Extra in Hanley, Stoke On Trent. I bought 9 single items in the 3 for 2 El Paso deal and it took the correct discount off. It did not take any cadbury discount off at all. Oh well, at least I am stocked up on food now! Also found Koko truffles but they were going through the till at £2 each.0

Just an update on the terrible customer service received this morning in Tesco. I called customer service and explained the whole situation to them and am now awaiting a voucher for £15. Also been advised that the issue will be brought up at store level as they should have honoured the DTD and were wrong not to do so. So I am pleased with the £15 and also the fact that the store will be reminded how NOT to speak to customers or deal with them in the future. BTW this was only my second time of getting DTD so felt doubly disappointed by Mr. T's not honouring their policy. Now I just want those nice air freshners that scan at £1.27 but they didnt work at my store. Still came up at full price of £7 which is shocking .
Thanks all for the advice and support.0 -

I am just back from St peters worcester, didn't expect to find anything but they had 3 koko truffles and 2 strips of Lucozade shots ( not a fan so only got a couple), a box of hankies sel said £5 but scanned at £3.50. No splenda though but i'll keep looking. They also had three clip strips of the 1p yoyos from the summer.0

I got DTD on El Paso today at my local store in Kent. Bought three dinner kits - went through at full price with no 3 for 2 and went to CS and got double the difference back so three dinner kits for around the £3 instead of £9.
Didnt work in a second store even though SEL clearly included kits in the price. Complained to customer services as store refused to give me DTD (so I got a refund on all the dinner kits). CS sending me a £15 voucher!0 -
Had to laugh at the yellow SEL for Mingles today. £1.01 or 2 for £6 !!!!!!!!0

I just tried OEP dinner kits but no 3for2 so tried CS but told not on offer. Tried ringing CS & the guy apologied & said he would forward my comments to HO. That was it. I'm not doing too good at this like. Lol.

My understanding is they are reserved for two hours while you complete your online order - once your order is placed that time slot belongs to you.Slummy mummy!0
