Gosh its like a ghost town on here this afternoon, hope your all out getting glitches! Did anyone get the hovis homebake coupon from the facebook page for a free pack of homebake bread/rolls? They are on at 2 4 2quid at Mr T's, I just used mine & got the normal price of 1.64 knocked off so 2 packs for 36p!! Couldnt find anything else on my list!

A certain store near me has covered up the bit on the big cardboard display where it says 2 for £2 because it wasn't working there.
i quite like the white not so keen on the Granary a bit tasteless but ideal for over Christmas if you've no room in the freezer for bread
  • Morning guys hope your all well. Haven't read back yet.

Just got back from my "normal" shop which gets harder to do as I still vere of track to hunt things!

Picked up the mcvities cookies mini bags 6 pack, cadbury fingers mini bags 5 pack and the mini jaffa cakes 6 tubs on offer 3 for £3 until midnight

However, offer has been expired already so not reduction at till so DTD

cost £1.69+£1.69+£1.59 total £4.97 so dtd back £3.94 = £1.03 for 3 multipacks bargain lunchbox fillers

(offer online is 2 for £2.50 from tomorrow, pity no overlap)

I've just tried to get these in my local, bought the cookies, some shorties and the fingers. Unfortunately, upon making my way back to the aisle with csa found the fingers are actually on a different 3 for £3 offer and that was the reason I didn't get the reduction. I decided to return all of the packs.

Interestingly the csa wanted my name & post code, anyone know why?

I thought that at first as mcvities and cadburys but sa checked and all where listed so very misleading sels then, like we read the teeny bit and not just the 3 for £3
The art of being happy is to be satisfied with what you have :)
  • The double discount is working on baking items at the moment. They are 3 for 2 but if there is a multi buy offer it is taking both off. For example I bought 6 of the 42p small bags of dried fruit. They were 3 for £1 so I got 52p discount for that part, but I was also given the 342 discount totalling 84p - so 6 snack bags for £1.16. Dont know why csa wanted name and postcode, but I would have made one up. I know some shops ask for that or you to sign something when you get a refund, but I have never been asked in Tesco (to date), Maybe they may start to keep a record - either way, they wont get my real details.

Glad I got the white now:) It defo took the 2 4 2quid (sorry poundsign key missing) discount off, this was in a normal Tesco.

Dont like the sound of them taking names, they are obviously starting to get a bit smart! lol We will have to stay one step ahead;)

There's this thread and the other thread on the Gone board and another one about Tesco misprices. If anything new gets posted on the Grabbit forum, it usually gets moved to the Tesco Misprices thread.

Grabbed a couple last week but then struggled to find anywhere stocking the stuff. Eventually found some but bunged it into the freezer for a rainy day rather than scoffing it. Vouchers via Facebook seems to be a popular way to hand out freebies these days, got some Ginger Beer last week too using the same method, a 'Like' a voucher and a freebie, hoorah!
