Have a good week all!
I hope you come back with exam passes too - now that would be a very deserved achievement after the time you've had recently!
Have a good week too

Tee hee Mins - I spotted that "staff" thing too and was going to say something along the lines of "She's saved so much money recently she can now afford a butler...."

Anyway we've been grocery shopping and along with 2 bottles of beer for BF (which he gave me the cash for) and a little mixed berry crumble cake for me which accidentally found it's way into my trolley from behind the glass covered counter ( how did *that* happen?) our bill came to a total of £40.62 :j (We budget £50 which I always try to beat!)
So that's it for today, my spends £40.62 and I am now off to update my signature.Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.

Darn it! No spend day just became a spend day when ink on printer ran out. Have ordered new cartridges - £21.13 of my week's budget already!
At least I should get £3.70 back via quidco. :rolleyes:0 -
Hello again all!
Loved the graphic Minnie.
Have been out for lunch, spent £7.80 on a round of drinks!!!!!
Got lunch bought for me though, which was super sweet. Bought milk on the way home too for 30p. Will update sig.
Good luck with the challenge fellow DFWs.
Have decided to do store cupboard challenge this week for evening meals and continue with the Drop a Jeans Size Challenge for breakfast and lunch. Should not have to spend anything on groceries, have lots of fruit and cereal left from last week."Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it." (Montgomery, L.M.(1908). Anne of Green Gables.)

Slightly overbudget this week having spent £8.20.
Haven't really had time to post everyday but have been keeping track in my spending diary.
Would have been underbudget if boss had not insisted we all go out to lunch on Monday as first day back at work, grr (though it was delicious!!).
Also had lunch out today but am not counting as it was a mystery shop and I sent less then the brief so will all be refunded (hopefully!)
Budget for next week, hmm...after school clubs back on and going to panto with school...though could be really DFW and take own snacks and not let DD have a wand / foam finger / flashing light / whatever this year's craze is. Any suggestions? Is that mean or sensible??
Will be back to set next week's budget after a ponder!
Edit: Decide on £15 for next week's spends0 -
Hi all!
I have £50 for my grocery budget and a paltry £1 for my "spends" of which I have already spent 98p on chocolate. WHY DO I DO THIS!!!!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
