Bonus today lovely stuff, with my ebay for the month takes me to £1050.92, all going towards credit, would love to be able to spend it on me, but I guess I already did that :rotfl::rotfl:next year my bonus will be mine or the mortgage companies
Nasty tax man had quite a lot of my bonus but earn more, pay more, and its better than getting nothing extra.
Barclaycard 1 has bitten the dust, virgin has been cleared again after i moved some from barclaycard 1 that was at 29.9%!!! so only 2 cc left! admitedly they are the biggest ones but feel more motivated to clear them now, off we go
nationwide and barclaycard (was egg) will bite the dust before Christmas 2012!!!fingers crossed

What a lovely feeling....
Good Morning - I would like to close my account mmmm lovely stuuf, bye bye Mr Virgin and Mr Barclaycard 1.... can i ask why you would like to close your account!! well let me think about this one............well finally I have grown up, grasped the concept of bad credit, and PS mr Barclaycard your interest rate was 29.9%!!!
Have spoken to First Direct and have been preapproved subject to credit conditions for BT for the remaining £7900 inc fee from Barclaycard 1 and Nationwide, have to send bank statements and wage slips, fingers and toes crossed, positive vibes. Think the very friendly credit approval man was impressed that I could tell him the exact outstanding amounts to the penny, on my mortgage, and cards :rotfl:.
If it does go through will be down to 1 cc, HAPPY DAYS, at 0% for 20 months, in effect an extra £121 actually being paid of the balance not in pigging interest . Thats just based on the minimum payments.
Think I feel like i am getting somewhere finally, whole mindset has changed for the better, its nice having money in my current account at the end of the month and not panicking about using my card incase it gets declined.
Still the ebay list goes on, but the house is looking betterJan 13/15 Feb 16/15 March 19/20 April 17/15:D May 0/17

Freshair, I have just read your whole diary.
You have done amazingly well. Especially giving up your horse - what a huge sacrifice.
I hope you will come back to your diary as I'd love to be able to watch you get all of this debt wiped out.
T.GC June £78.50 / £250, May £262 / £250.
Debt (excluding mortgage) April 2012 - £29388, May 2012 - £25588.
Emergency Fund £0 / £1000.0 -
mmmm appear to have been side stepping posting on my diary, but still managed to post and read on others, mainly because of a few grrrr things...
HMRC - tax code change for repayment of under currently being investigated. Only 2 letters and 3 phone calls so far and still no answer, we will gets there eventually. (currently £80 less take home a month tight on the budget)
Work - manic but no complaints here, manic means gainfully employed
Bank - 0% transfer approved in prinicple but need to send SOA etc across. Done now
Mortgage Company - change payment date, to accomodate my new budget, i,.e. all dd's go at the end of the month, before payday less time in the red less interest. No but they counted the first month as a missed payment.....2 phone calls later, 1 letter, 1 official complaint - RESULTS - Refund on the missd payment charge, and correction to my credit file, and an apologies regarding their call centre staff (Suitably Chuffed)
CSA - ds Dad has finally after 5 years gone back to work, and while Im not holding my breathe, we should be getting more than £5 per week moving forward. I have called CSA and apparently he had already called them (nearly fell off my chair) but they will reasses after receiving the first payslips
Ebay - just plain and simple CBA!!!! There is a box, well more like 5 boxes, of stuff that needs listing but I need to get on with it.
Thats about it on the negative side, everything else is bubbling along nicely and WE ARE NOT USING THE CC EVEN THOUGH WE ARE TIGHT ON BUDGET.
Self imposed shopping challenge is going well with only £133.69 for April, and so far we are only at £89.37 for May, and its looking distinctly likely that its only going to be milk, and a few fresh bits required for the rest of the month.
Happy May All,
xJan 13/15 Feb 16/15 March 19/20 April 17/15:D May 0/17
