  • ok spendy spendy day today, ordered DS xmas pressie, i am not going to shout about what it was but should be outside my current means, but I have used money from the horse, as DS shouldn't suffer because of my stupidity, and he also understands that that is the only pressie he will be getting from me, (ok so he may get something from the dog ;))

So to take advantage of my spendy day I have also bought lunch as a treat for me, as I haven't done for ages. For ages read not everyday like I used to, but it did taste all the better for it.

So back on track for NSD again tomorrow, and hopefully Thursday. WILL TRY ON WEDNESDAY but am out in London for work with someone who doesn't have the same issues as me, i think he understands i'm skint but we will see. Lunch will be free though, and although I bought the tickets on company cc, i still used quidco so free money sort of.

Feel like i have achieved nothing today, note for me - remember this was not a good day emotionally tomorrow will be better!

Be back later for a read and a catch up, and I am going to list the dresses on ebay later I can use my phone for the pics they will just be ok rather than great pics.

hey,you can't do brilliantly everyday, everything in life is up and down, just think how far you have come so far!
hope thr rest of your week went ok.enjoy the weekend!
  • Stop press ...... I have a date!! :) thats all the info anyone is getting atm but its good anyway.

On the MSE front, all going well this week. Have refrained from spending too much, and my bank balance was £200 more than it was last month, still OD but better than it was. So brownie points for me there.

mmm still haven't ebayed yet but free listings so have no reason not to really. Although I am sure I can think of one or 2

Need to do my transfers and bits when my salary clears, which should be Monday, but by all accounts I am in a better postion than I was this time last month so would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all you lovely supportive MSErs :T:T

Work is manic, but that is good as well, less time to dwell on the past more time to move onwards and upwards, and next week is officially Christmas time, well it is in my world anyway, works do, and a gala dinner the dress is going to get a work out this week so it was worth it (honest ;)).

Might put the tree and bits up on Sunday, I bet that is a lot easier than ebay :rotfl::rotfl:

ooo and the desk decoupage that I may have mentioned a few pages back is nearly complete just need to varnish and then we are done, i like it so thats all that counts really.

Need to do some catching up on other threads, so bedtime reading i guess, maybe afternoon lull at work reading as well, it is friday after all.

For all those of you who are reading, I have been revisitng some old thread on the OS board from Mbaz, feeding her family on about £20 for the month and Weezel who fed her and her hubby for 50p a day, all good reading and massively inspiring.

Fingers crossed Decemeber is as good for MSE as November was, if not better

  • Quick up date...

Managed to make £5 per day extra in November so have signed up to £10 per day in December  I can but try...... i am sure there must be paople who want to spend money on my stuff in December??? honest, I will get on ebay, have some time off work so I will!!!

I also managed 15 NSD in november, so have signed up to 10 in December, think its going to be busy month so don't want to put myself off by not achieving if I go over then all well and good.

Busy for the rest of the week but shouldn't have to spend anything till Saturday as I am away for work so hopefully everything I spend should be on expenses. Fingers crossed. Works do saturday, have to pay for hotel and possibly drinks there is a free bar rumour but can't count on that.

    Have a good week everyone.....

oh and i might go on another date with the boy :rotfl:next week but not sure had fun and all that but can i really tame a 23 year old lad???

you go for it if you like him!! :)
  • I need more sleep! 4 nights out 7 bed after 3am is not good for me. I have however had a great week, met loads of new people, and even got some work at the conference :rotfl:.

Need to get back on track now this week, my house is chaos but resolvable i think fingers crossed the washing mountain is first on the list. After work that is!

    Plan for this week

    1. Washing Mountain
    2. Meal Plan for the month
    3. Wrap pressies
    4. Ebay the remaining horse bits
    5. Full pre Christmas house clean
    6. 4 NSD or I will be broke by Friday!
    7. Investigate the purchase of a new TV, the speakers are going and there are pixels missing and it takes 10 minutes for the picture to warm up to watch. Hoping there will be a nice pre christmas sale. Ma n Pa have said that I can have some money towards for Christmas and my birthday
    8. Date??? possibly not sure if I feel up to it at the moment, but it is only Monday ;)
    9. Sleep lots
    10. House paperwork (leccy / water meters top priority)

Sure there will be more to add but that will do for now.

Work time, see you later people
