I have made popcorn and toffee sauce for the boys, put the bedding into the TD (raining here), tidied and washed out my baking box and emptied/filled the DW. How did you get on Ruthy and GoodIntentions?

Going to go for HHC again at 11.45.

In the meatime I will have a cup of coffee and try to find the recipe for my mothers vegan christmas cake so I have something to snack on next week at work.

Greenbee hope the meal goes well. I am vaguely thinking about taking the boys somewhere for Sunday Lunch if you want to volunteer :A?

obviously they need to see if they can find a brain!:mad::mad:

    I am SO not happy!

looks like those who were coming are running late, so we may not be eating (good thing I didn't go to any effort ) as we have to leave at 1.15. The boys are welcome (as are you) if they'll eat pea soup and rye bread... (I can toast it for you :p) and then we're going to a childrens' market.

House is feeling nicer now it's a bit tidied and had some fresh air through it, so hopefully I can keep going and get it tidy before I leave on Tuesday!

Oh and DH phoned to say that the job he went into work to do (that should have take a couple of hours tops) has all gone wrong & he will be home 'later' - which probably means mdnight if he's lucky. :mad:This is the 3rd weekend in a row that he has worked all weekend & I'm not a happy bunny.:mad: Its not even as if he gets paid for it - just time off in lieu which he is too busy to take:mad::mad::mad:

    Hoppy Birdday to Valli's DS.:bdaycake:
    @ CY's DS hope he's OK.

Mr LW has finished hoovering - lounge really needed it after having a load of furniture out from the wall yesterday!

    Loving the new bath-lift.:D

Have just printed off our route maps for our Kent break; we also have a lovely colour-coded list of things to visit - at the very least, Mr LW wants to visit the Shepherd Neame brewery!:rotfl:
