come on, mr t. admits it makes mistakes by offering the dtd so they are being fair.
customers understand they can't get their overcharging rectified by dtd - all are happy.butsome people have the bare-faced-cheek to take advantage which jeopardises the whole scheme for everybody else.
this scuppered asda's scheme as people took advantage0 -
oh and not to mention that every staff member on the shopfloor ends up on checkouts constantly meaning that we can't get our jobs done? And no I don't stick up for tesco, nobody that works there does believe it or not!0

Also Tesco should stop diddling people and employ those who are competent to perform the job decription given - I mean do they not have a dedicated Price Integrity Team in each store. I know they have in my store in Cornwall.

And if there was enough staff then there wouldn't be incorrect labels on the shelves. How do you expect 2 staff members (sometimes 1!) to do 1500 labels or more on a monday and wednesday, other days about 700 per day, do the POS brochure and all the other stuff that goes on behind the scenes? It is just impossible. If tesco got more staff on these legal departments like mine then they would reduce the number of DTD's and save themselves money.
Sorry "Laura" I apologise.
I thought you worked for this Tesco the one that makes £10 Million pounds a DAY. - £3.8 BILLION a year in PROFITS.

Oh, and I worked in a medium sized Morrisons a few years ago as a student, and we had 3 full time POS staff, as well as a Manager who would help.
But then Morrisons don't seem to overcharge so much....0 -

the reports surely are completed as CS - 20 minutes are they reviewing the CCTV !0
