Child Support / Rights & Responsibility of the father

at the end of the day sex is there for procreation. if you are mature enough to have sex be mature enough to deal with the end result.
and as for the OP saying women get "financial gain" from child support - well he really has no idea about the real world!0 -
My ex sits on his behind not paying for our children despite CHOOSING to have all three of them. He is probably on the father for justice site pretending to care to fool the new woman in his life who works to support him while he claims single person benefits. Yeah being a single mum is all about screwing men PMSLmortgage free by christmas 2014 owed £5,000, jan 2014 £4,170, £4,060, feb £3,818 march £3,399 30% of the way there woohoo
If you don't think you can go on look back and see how far you've come0 -

I'm a female and I believe you raise some extremely valid points and in some situations I would concur with you 100%.
I think the way in which you raised them and the responses you've subsequently posted do not help you though.0 -
1: If I got a girl pregnant, without being married to her; would I be forced by the law to pay the mother money to support the child? (Or is it possible and if so in what way?)
Yes, legally.2: If I got a girl pregnant, without being married to her; would she be able to completely deny me access to the child?
No, unless a court ordered it.3: If the answer to the above questions is 'yes, she can deny the father access and yes she can legally force the father to pay her money' then is there any way to legally enforce an abortion or does the father have no right to ask the woman to have the child destroyed pre-birth?
No right to force an abortion (OBVIOUSLY!) and no right to oppose it, either....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
It looks like they are having their cake and eating it, by having the final say on everything then legally being able to take (as DUTR claims) 15% of the fathers wages.... it seems a bit unfair to me?
Imagion a woman lies and tells a man she is on the pill, has his child then takes him to court to get 15% of his wages, he earns 100k per year and now suddenly for a cheeky one night stand the woman has 15k tax free in her pocket. She also denys the father access. Is this possible?
15% of wages? Most peope would find that 15% of a man's wages doesn't go that far in bringing up a child.
If the man doesn't want a child, he can (1) not have sex, (2) use a condom, or (3) get a vasectomy....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
love the reactions to OPs third question. Killing the unborn is solely a female's privilege you pig!I'm not bad at golf, I just get better value for money when I take more shots!0

Also yes, I asked if it was possible because in my opinion it is equally offensive for a woman to have the final say as it is offensive to you that a man should be legally allowed to impose his... do you not understand that?
I don't, for the very, very obvious reason that if a woman is pregnant, the baby is inside her. A forced abortion is a bit Chinese for my taste....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
If the father chooses not to see the child then he shouldn't have to pay child support. Pretty simple and clear cut I'd say.
You are assuming that this is an issue between an adult man and an adult woman.
There is a very important error in this - the child....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
Im going to pop in and ask a question related...
If a woman gets pregnant and decides to give it up for adoption, can the father have the baby instead of it going to strangers? Seems awful if not.
Also, in that case would a woman be forced to pay child support, as after all a man can't refuse his child it even if he doesn't wish to be part of it's life..0
